1) Our Eastbourne A Gift For You gift vouchers must be redeemed by calling or emailing the venue direct. Some date and time restrictions may apply.
2) When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically.
3) Our gift vouchers cannot be used to guarantee or pay for a booking made online/via our website.
5) Our gift vouchers are issued in British Pounds Sterling and accepted at their face value.
6) Our gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
7) No change will be given on our gift vouchers.
8) Eastbourne A Gift For You vouchers have a validity of 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the voucher offer description. Some promotional vouchers may have a shorter validity period. The validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period it will no longer be valid.
9) Our gift vouchers are transferable should you choose to give them to another person.
10) Our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number that may only be redeemed once and cannot be replaced if lost. Once your voucher is redeemed, no change or refund is given.
12) Some accommodation vouchers may be subject to availability and may not be available during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
